huish park - access for fans with impaired mobility
Provision for disabled fans at Huish Park is at present limited to four ground-level bays set in the Bartlett Stand (see below), each bay capable of accomodating approximately four wheelchairs.
The roof of the Bartlett Stand provides some limited protection from the elements, as long as the wind is in the right direction. In practise, if it rains prepare to be soaked! Car-parking for Orange-Badge holders is available at the back of the Bartlett Stand (on a slight slope) and behind the away supporters terrace (on flat ground). There is a disabled toilet situated at ground-level in the Bartlett Stand and both snack-bars are easily accessible. The club shop is situated behind the Main Stand on ground level, but with a small step to negotiate to enter.
The facilities in the Main Stand, including the bar and the conference suite are at present completely inaccessible to wheelchair users. Some time ago, the club made it known that it intends to right this situation by installing a lift in the Main Stand, but this has yet to come to fruition.
The club has also promised to consult with disabled fans to look at ways in which their view of games can be improved as well as providing better protection from bad weather. At the time of writing, there has been no real action.

bartlett stand
The four sides of the ground are self-contained, and there is no access allowed for fans to go from one section to another.
The two ends of the ground are terraced, while the two long sides are seated, via the Main Stand and the Bartlett Stand. The former has the social club, shop and other facilities.
The disabled viewing areas are in the Bartlett Stand. If you enter the main car park, this is the nearest stand to you, just on your right. As mentioned above, there are Orange Badge spaces right up against the outside wall of this stand.
